Belgian Deathgrind Metal band ABORTED, has announced that will release its new album, “Vault Of Horrors”, on March 15th through Nuclear Blast Records. The upcoming album features a range of guest vocalists, including Alex Erian (DESPISED ICON), Johnny Ciardullo (CARCOSA / ANGELMAKER), Ben Duerr (SHADOW OF INTENT), Francesco Paoli (FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE) and more.
Alongside the announcement of the new album, the band has unveiled an official music video for new single “Death Cult”, featuring a guest appearance from Alex Erian of DESPISED ICON.
According to a press release, the song’s visuals pay homage to ‘The Texas Chainsaw Massacre”. “ ‘My family’s always been in meat’ – since its release in 1974, ‘The Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ has been slashing itself into the hearts of a loyal fanbase. Today, Death Metal miscreants ABORTED pay their very own tribute to this classic by releasing their new single ‘Death Cult’ – a track of intense brutality, characterized by lightning-fast guitar riffs, intricate, pummeling drum patterns and monstrous vocals. Joined by DESPISED ICON’s Alex Erian, the band offers their fans a breathtaking ride through the abyss.“
ABORTED will be on tour with CARVIFEX, REVOCATION and VEXED in spring 2024.
