On the evening of Wednesday, December 25, 2024, Athens witnessed a legendary gathering! The Kyttaro Live Club hosted the Greek band TRIUMPHER, who performed their first-ever headline show in the city, accompanied by ACHELOUS. The night was graced by the presence of two iconic figures of the global Metal scene, Sakis Tolis (ROTTING CHRIST) and Tony “Abaddon” Bray (ex-VENOM), offering unforgettable moments to the concertgoers!
Preparations and rehearsals for the grand concert had started days earlier, with Sakis Tolis joining TRIUMPHER in the studio for the final touches.

The night began with ACHELOUS, who delivered tracks from their latest album “Tower of High Sorcery”, captivating the audience with their energy and epic compositions.
TRIUMPHER performed their entire new album “Spirit Invictus”, which has garnered excellent reviews worldwide. Their stage energy was electrifying, as the audience was carried away by a blend of epic melodies and dramatic dynamics. They also played tracks from their debut album, “Storming the Walls”, which has established their reputation as one of the most promising acts in the Greek metal scene.
The highlight of the concert came when the honored guests took the stage. Sakis Tolis and Abaddon, amid applause and cheers, joined TRIUMPHER for special performances, creating a unique atmosphere. Abaddon, rejuvenated after overcoming health challenges, proved once again why he is considered a living legend, while his collaboration with Sakis Tolis added a special touch to the evening.
