The sold-out concert of SEPTICFLESH with the Orchestra of Athens at Herodeion on 9/28/2024 is one of the most historic moments of the Greek Metal scene!

On the occasion of this event and for the 6th show of The Gallery Metal Madness at THE GALLERY Metal Web Radio, the producers Alexandros Soultatos and Yiannis Pousios spoke with Spyros “Seth” Antoniou (singer/bassist of the band and a man who, it should be noted, does not often give interviews) in a discussion which spanned the entire career of the world’s leading symphonic Death Metal band and was interspersed with questions posed by listener-members of The Gallery.

In a radio show that lasted 2 hours the discussion had a primary role. Seth talked to us about: SEPTICFLESH’s upcoming concert at Odeon of Herodes Atticus, giving us details about how this deal was achieved, the possibility of a second concert again at the same ancient theater, the elements that make them stand out from the rest of the Greek Extreme Metal bands, the reason why the group had broken up in the past while THE DEVILWORX band was given birth, the crazy antics of Fredrik Nordstrom during the recordings of “Revolution DNA” in 1999 in Sweden and much, much more!
