Japanese/Korean Metalcore band PROMPTS, has released an official music video for their new single “Face Me” through Modern Empire Music. Modern Empire Music, is a label launched by vocalist Fronz of the Metalcore band ATTILA, formerly known as Stay Sick Records. This label is known as a label that produced SPITE, DEALER, BODYSNATCHER, SLEEPWAKER, etc. PROMPTS will be the first band in Asia to sign a contract with Modern Empire Music.
Following on from the previous single “Möbius” and the second single “Asphyxiate” feat. Ryo Kinoshita (CRYSTAL LAKE), “Face Me” has been mixed by Cody Stewart, drummer for Electro-Metalcore band THE BROWNING. Cody Stewart, was invited to mix the track, and it is one that is sure to attract attention both domestically and internationally! The recording engineering this time is done by Gaku Taura, who is not only highly acclaimed as the drummer of CRYSTAL LAKE internationally, but is also active in other areas, writing lyrics for his solo projects, playing other instruments, and even producing artists!
Next, the band will be touring the country again this year. Starting with a performance at Shibuya Spotify O-WEST on July 8th, the band will tour 12 cities across Japan!
Furthermore, the band are currently running their first ever crowdfunding campaign! The crowdfunding aims to fund the production of a full-length album including the new single ‘Face Me’ and a festival to celebrate the band’s 10th anniversary. It ends on May 31st, so check it out: CAMPFIRE
