OBITUARY, the American Death Metal band from Tampa, Florida, has announced the postponement of the Latin American tour, originally scheduled for February 2025.

In an official statement on Thursday, November 28, 2024, via social media, the band expressed its regret about the change in plans but assured fans that it is working hard to reschedule the shows. The reasons for the postponement remain undisclosed.

In their official statement, they mentioned:

“We regretfully inform you that we are postponing the Latin America tour planned for February 2025. This is something that we do not take lightly and promise that we will make it up to all of you. We are in the process of rescheduling the existing shows into our future schedule and will keep you posted with an announcement as soon as they are confirmed. Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled shows.”

OBITUARY recently celebrated the 30th anniversary of their 1994 album “World Demise” with a live stream event on September 7th and 8th, 2024.
