The Norwegian technical quartet INSENSE will release a new EP with material left over from the classic 2006’s album “The Soothing Torture”.
The new EP, which will be released on April 8 via Mas-Kina Records, is titled “The Soothing Torture B-Sides” and includes three songs that were not included in the final mix, but are strong enough to be saved from oblivion and presented to their fans.
They are also songs that erupt and resonate with the barbaric and chaotic intensity of a live show of INSENSE, “Spawn of the Wicked” which enjoys its brutality and “Addicted to the Void” which enjoys the same sensations and the same aggression. With “Modern Day Siren” dropping its own particular toxic attack on the band’s dexterity, the EP is the epitome of the band’s ability to catch and erode the ear then and now.
