Napalm Death announces the mini album “Resentment is Always Seismic – a final Throes”! It will be released on February 11, 2022 while the first single is named “Narcissus” and has already been revealed!
NAPALM DEATH frontman Mark “Barney” Greenway comments:
“You can definitely consider “Resentment is Always Seismic – a final Throes” as an extension or recording on the “Throes ” album. hopefully this mini album has some nice twists on its own for people and definitely the cover of “People Pie” by SLAB really made us stretch, something we feel great artistically. to cause the complete erosion of humanity in many situations. “

“Narcissus’ just seemed to fit into one of those raging songs we always seem to attract as a opening song. The low bass lines at the beginning introduce it really nicely. It was written at a time when ‘alt-right’ was parading around “So lyrically I like to believe that it exposes the vanity and the cult of personality of all this thing.“
