Singapore’s Technical Death Metallers NAFRAT, have unveiled an official music video for their single “In Absentia”. The track is taken from the band’s latest 3 track EP entitled “Veins”, which was released on Februaty 12th.
“In Absentia” explores the struggles of confronting emotional trauma in a gruelling and relentless climate.
The band was formed back in 2003 and have released their demo “Chaos Unleashed” in 2005, followed by their debut EP “Invoking The Masses’ also in 2005, and then their two full-lengths “Through Imminent Visions’ (2008) and “Abnegation” (2018), respectively.
NAFRAT’s latest EP “Veins”, which was mixed and mastered by Zoteng (Masterplan Studio), sees the band’s in new territory with the exploration of darker atmospheric soundscapes.
