The Black Metal band IMENETRABLE DARKNESS was formed in 2011 in Athens and has released its first demo, titled “Loyalty In Blackness” in 2012, while two years later it has released a remarkable debut album with the exact same title. After six years of silence, the band returns, ready to unleash havoc with a torrential EP, entitled “Cosmic Termination”!

The EP includes two very speedy compositions of destructive Black Metal (we could even characterize it as Black ‘n’ Roll in some parts) with obvious influences from WATAIN, DESSECTION, CARPATHIAN FOREST, CRAFT and BATHORY. Their music is possessed by a blasphemous rage, ready to destroy anything in its path – very similar to the self-destructive mania of man that finds redemption in death, as it is described in the lyrics.

I can surely say that “Cosmic Termination” is an incredibly groovy/cathartic Black metal EP, to which you will return again and again after the end of the first hearing (as did I). WATAIN fans will love it! We are looking forward to their next step, and it will not be long, as they are already preparing their next full length…
