Floridian quartet TRIVIUM and German Metalcore outfit HEAVEN SHALL BURN have a new split coming out on December 23rd to commemorate their forthcoming co-headline tour of Europe and the UK. Special guests on the tour will be OBITUARY and MALEVOLENCE.

The a-side of that 7″ will find HEAVEN SHALL BURN covering “Pillars Of Serpents” from TRIVIUM‘s 2003 debut album “Ember To Inferno“. TRIVIUM meanwhile have turned in their take on HEAVEN SHALL BURN‘s “Implore The Darken Sky” for the b-side. The original version of that song appeared on HEAVEN SHALL BURN‘s 2002 sophomore record, “Whatever It May Take“.
