The Brazilian Death Metal band CRYPTA announced that guitarist Jéssica di Falchi has left the band. Jéssica di Falchi joined CRYPTA in 2022, initially as a live member, before becoming a permanent part of the lineup. She also participated in the recording of the band’s second album, «Shades Of Sorrow».

CRYPTA’s statement on social media read:

«This decision was made by mutual agreement, with the initiative coming from her and being fully respected and accepted by the band. We are incredibly grateful to Jéssica for all the time, journey, experiences, and adventures we shared over the past few years, and we will always appreciate her contribution to the band. We wish her the best of luck and success in her future and career. Thank you, Jessi!»

Jéssica di Falchi commented on her departure:

«I would like to thank CRYPTA for trusting my work and for inviting me to be part of this story. I am also very grateful to the fans for their support and kindness. I will carry this experience with me forever. See you soon on the road!»

The band confirmed that all upcoming shows and tours will take place as planned, as well as the writing and release of their third album later this year.
