A tragedy occurred in Arizona when two private aircraftS collided on the runway, resulting in the death of the pilot and injuries to three other individuals. The aircraft owned by MÖTLEY CRÜE’s lead singer, Vince Neil, and the Gulfstream 200 owned by actor Vince Vaughn were the involved planes. According to reports, Vince Neil’s Learjet 35A, which veered off the runway at Scottsdale Airport, collided with the stationary Gulfstream, leading to the tragedy.

Scottsdale Fire Department representative Dave Folio confirmed that the pilot of the Learjet lost his life, while three passengers were injured and transported to the hospital. Among them were Vince Neil’s partner, Rain Andreani, who sustained five rib fractures, as well as her friend. The two women and their dogs, who were aboard the aircraft, emerged unharmed from the accident.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reported that the Learjet veered off course during its landing, causing the collision with the stationary Gulfstream. Despite the severity of the accident, Vince Neil was not aboard the aircraft at the time of the collision. MÖTLEY CRÜE confirmed the pilot’s death in an official statement and expressed their condolences, emphasizing that they would support the family of the deceased.
