In his recent interview in Brazil’s KISS FM radio station, Bruce Dickisnon, talked about his upcoming solo tour, which starts in Mexico and continues in Brazil with six shows in April.

Regarding the setlist, he said:
“We’ll be playing songs from the new album, but I know people also want to hear songs from ‘Accident Of Birth’, ‘Chemical Wedding’, and ‘Tears Of The Dragon’, so definitely people will leave the concerts satisfied!”

For his accompanying band, he mentioned members Roy Z on guitar, Dave Moreno on drums, Tanya O’Callaghan on bass and Mistheria on keyboards.

On how he chose the songs for the tour, he said:

“I’ve released 8 solo albums, which are exactly half of what I’ve released with Iron Maiden in 40 years. So, we are talking about quite a lot of material. This won’t be the last time I tour solo. So, some of the tracks that will be played live have never been heard before in concert. We won’t be playing the whole new album, because I want people to have fun and celebrate it together and show what an awesome band we are.”

He also mentioned that the “Mandrake Project” is not a concept album and that the “Afterglow Of Ragnarok” comic is connected to the song, but knowledge of one is not required to enjoy the other. Finally, he revealed that the production of a second video clip in England is planned, with the full line-up of the band.

It should be noted that Bruce will also appear at the Release Athens Festival on July 21st, where he will team up with Judas Priest and other bands yet to be announced.

Finally, Bruce recently married French gymnast Leana Dolci, as he mentioned in an interview with Kerrang magazine.

The couple got engaged last April and now, when Bruce isn’t touring with Iron Maiden or working on his upcoming solo release, he spends his time between London and Paris.
